Delivery Timeframe:
We deliver orders within 7 to 10 business days from the date of confirmation. All orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours, depending on order volume and product availability.
Order Tracking:
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your package in real-time via our tracking page.
International Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping, including Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Scandinavia. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.
Important Notice:
Please make sure to provide accurate shipping details when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or incomplete information.

Return and Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns:
We accept returns if the product:
• Is damaged or defective upon arrival
• Does not match the description or photos presented on the website
• Is incorrect (wrong item received)
Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the product. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Non-eligible Returns:
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
• The product has been used or washed
• The customer changed their mind without a valid issue
• The return request is made after the allowed return period

Return Costs:
